The York Fitness Sit Up Bar attaches under a door to provide a padded bar to hook your feet under. The cushioned bars hold your feet in position assisting with the sit up exercise. The foot bar pad has 3 height adjustments to ensure comfortable position. Re-positioning is easy, simply unscrew the wing nut and move up or down and re tighten.
